Mission

As part of the Onslow County Homeless Response System, Gates to Change Outreach’s (GTCO's) Mission is to help those who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of becoming homeless, or living in poverty; by providing access to temporary day shelter, supportive services, and the tools and resources that will empower them to make sustainable life changes.

Vision

To be a leader in providing vulnerable persons with the opportunity to learn, rebuild, and develop a stronger foundation that will enable them to become self-sufficient and experience an improved quality of life with an opportunity to be a contributing member in their community.
